During the warranty period of the works, it will be ensured that all defects and non-conformities will be remedied at the desired quality level. The services requested to be provided by the Supervisor were grouped into 7 categories of activities, in correlation with the results to be achieved, as follows: A. Verification of the quality and conformity of the Contractor's activity under the Works Contract; B. Checking the physical progress in the execution of the Works Contract and the quality of the Entrepreneur's planning, C. Organization and Administration of the Works Contract; D. Managing the Process of Making Changes; E. Managing the Claims process; F. Management of the financial aspects of the Works Contract; G. Information management within the Works Contract.
