În conformitate cu prevederile art. 221 alin (1) lit a) din Legea nr 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice cu modificările și completările ulterioare, Autoritatea contractantă, poate suplimenta cantitatea de produse ce fac obiectul contractului cu până la 35 de bucăți
(Copiatoare cu cititor RFID integrat), cu o valoare unitară estimată de 12.300,00 lei și totală de 430.500,00 lei fără TVA și 512.295,00 lei cu TVA, prin încheierea unui act adițional, în funcție de resursele bugetare suplimentare care pot fi identificate în timpul
implementării contractului.
