The subject-matter of the contract shall be: - physical delivery of natural gas to the contracting authorities' supply points (hereinafter referred to as delivery) with the assumption of an obligation to purchase natural gas, - transfer of balancing responsibility to the supplier pursuant to Act No 458/2000 on business conditions and the exercise of state administration in the energy sectors and amending certain acts (the Energy Act), as amended, Decree No 349/2015 on Gas Market Rules, as amended, and in accordance with the Energy Regulatory Office (ERÚ) Decrees, - provision of regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and provision of system services, - provision of invoicing for regulated and unregulated components of the price of natural gas.
