Description

Under this public procurement procedure, printing and delivery services will be carried out through the purchase of printed products for the needs of ESO EAD. The performance of the contract was divided into seven lots with estimated quantities for the duration of the contract as follows: Lot 1. ‘Printing and delivery services for notebooks’. Volume of delivery: Approximate quantities for the duration of the contract: Spiral notebook – 4000 pieces in total; Luxurious notebook – 1000 pieces in total. Lot 2. Printing and delivery services for conference folders, bags, banners and business cards. Volume of delivery: Approximate quantities for the duration of the contract: folders – 1 000 bags in total – 2 000 banners in size – 40 business cards – 50 000 cards in total (500 sets of 100 pieces each) Lot 3. ‘Printing and magazine delivery services’. Volume of delivery: Approximate quantities for the duration of the contract – 3 000 magazines in total for the duration of the contract (approximately 4 times 450 and 2 times 600). Lot 4. Printing and delivery services of forms and logbooks. Volume of delivery: Approximate quantities for the duration of the contract: logbooks – 3 800 copies; shells with attachments to them – 1 600 pieces; instruction books – 400. Lot 5. ‘Printing and statistical booklet delivery services’. Volume of delivery: Approximate quantities for the duration of the contract - 400 total statistical books (100 in Bulgarian and 100 in English per year). Lot 6. ‘Printing and sheet delivery services with company logo, different format and perforation’. Volume of delivery: Approximate quantities for the duration of the contract – 6 bundles each. Lot 7. ‘Printing and supply services of information books and leaflets in the field of human resources’. Volume of delivery: Approximate quantities for the duration of the contract: 1 000 books and 10 000 leaflets. The full description and deadlines for production and delivery of the materials are specified in the technical specifications of the procedure documentation. For the duration of the contract, the Assignor will order the materials through separate delivery orders depending on its specific needs. .Supply contracts may be sent during the first 24 months following the commencement of the contract.
