Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the preparation of design documentation, obtaining all necessary final administrative decisions, exercising copyright supervision and carrying out construction works and obtaining a final building permit for the task entitled: “Reconstruction of reservoirs and construction of new water facilities in the Kolumna Forest District”.
(1) The subject-matter of the contract will be ‘design and perform’.
(2) The task is carried out as part of a project entitled “Comprehensive project to adapt forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and combating water erosion in lowland areas”.
(3) The subject-matter of the contract is divided into lots:
Part I – Restoration of reservoirs and construction of new water facilities in Rydzyny forestry
Part II – Restoration of reservoirs and construction of new water facilities in the Szczukwin forestry sector.
The subject-matter of the contract was described in detail in the functional-use programme constituting Annexes 4A and 4B to the ToR.
