This project management competition is organized with a view to the award of the project management (or grouping of project management) that will be in charge of the restructuring project of the building "Les Cèdres" as well as an extension, located within the hospital center of Montfavet. The building is composed of 2 full adult hospitalization units as well as an unoccupied floor, signposted for the eventual deployment of an additional unit in case of triggering a "white plan". The programme is structured around several fundamental objectives of the cluster and more generally of the hospital centre: - Improving care and working conditions and comfort of use; - Reduce energy consumption and be part of the policy of ecological transition, in particular the "tertiary decree"; - Bring together the two full hospital units of the cluster currently located in the building, with the administrative activities located in another building on the main site; - Renovate, enhance and optimise existing assets; - Preserve unartificialized natural spaces.
