Description

Das „Ensemble Goethe-Wohnhaus“ ist Teil des Nationalmuseums und besteht aus den (vor-) goethezeitlichen Gebäuden Goethes Wohnhaus, den beiden benachbarten Vulpiushäusern, dem Gartenpavillon und dem Steinpavillon, sowie dem Torhaus. Weiterhin ist der Hausgarten Teil des Projektes. Dieser wird eingefasst von den genannten Gebäuden des „Ensembles Goethe-Wohnhaus“ sowie von den Museumsbauten, die nicht Teil des Projektes sind.
Die Klassik Stiftung Weimar plant daher die „Denkmalgerechte Instandsetzung und museale Neukonzeption“ des Ensembles Goethe-Wohnhaus. Im Zuge der Instandsetzung sollen die Gebäude dabei auch an einen zeitgemäßen technischen Standard angepasst und einzelne Teilbereiche des Gartens gemäß gesicherter Quellenbelege rekonstruiert werden. Hierfür werden im Denkmalbereich erfahrene und konzeptionell starke Planer in verschiedenen Fachdisziplinen gesucht.
Bestandteil der ausgeschriebenen Planungsleistung ist die Freianlagenplanung nach §§ 38 ff HOAI 2021.
