The procurement shall include: 1. Diagnosing a reported problem to ensure the proper functioning of the system and modules; 2. Troubleshooting defects found in software modules; 3. Consultation for solving problems in the configuration of the environment used by the application, including changes in the configuration of the software infrastructure at the installation site; 4. Restoration of the system and data in the event of a system failure, as well as their correction due to system errors; 5. Expert support of the users of the software by phone and e-mail during working hours; 6. Performing periodic prophylaxis of CASDO, at least once every 3 months; 7. Update of the documentation of the system as a result of actions performed in the framework of maintenance and handing over to the Contracting Authority.
