Description

UCLL University of Applied Sciences offers 20 graduates, 22 professional bachelor's programmes and 9 bachelor-after-bachelor programmes and 50 postgraduates on 8 campuses in Limburg and Flemish Brabant. With 18,000 students and 1,800 employees, UCLL is one of the largest institutions of higher education in Flanders. UCLL is active in the areas of teacher education, management, technology, health and well-being and combines its teaching assignment with practice-oriented research and services. The university of applied sciences is committed to personal guidance of its students. Its broad educational network guarantees a place for everyone’s talent and its diplomas are strong on the labour market. This is an open procedure with award criteria for carrying out cleaning maintenance on all UCLL campuses. Following the open procedure does not entail any obligation to award the contract. Tenderers are required to draw up their tenders on the basis of the following documents: 1) Contract description, per lot, of the cleaning work (see technical part) 2) Included plans, programming tables_measuring statements of buildings to be cleaned (see Annex E and F) 3) Mandatory site visit and round of questions on 12/11/2025 and 13/11/2025 in Leuven and 14/11/2025 in Limburg under penalty of nullity of tender Waiting room regulation If the awarded supplier does not comply with the agreements, if the current contract is broken, the contract will be awarded to the second in grade of the procedure. If the second in grade is unable to perform the contract, it will move to the third in grade for the remaining period of the procedure.
