The subject matter of the tendered service is project management services for all performance levels in accordance with the performance diagram in issue 9 of the AHO Commission for Project Control/Project Management for the development of the former recycling yard of the BSR at the Wilhelm-Kabus-Straße site into a new building project with approximately 55,000 sqm of GFA, divided into parts A and B, whereby about half of the area (6 storeys with recessed floor) is to be used as the new headquarters of the BSR (part A) and the other half (including a high-rise building) by third parties (part B). In addition to basic AHO services, various special services are to be commissioned, such as user coordination. The planning of the project should be carried out in accordance with the BIM standard; The project is to be certified according to the Greenbuilding label. Gradual commissioning is foreseen.
