Ajánlatkérő az intézményében működő vényforgalmú gyógyszertárak részére • különféle gyógyszereket; • 2/2008 EüM. rendelet szerinti gyógyszertárban forgalmazható nem gyógyszer készítményeket; valamint • 448/2017. (XII.27.) Korm. rendelet 5-6. § -ai szerinti, ún. egyedi import gyógyszereket kíván beszerezni, mely során több ajánlattevővel megkötött keretmegállapodást kíván kötni Kbt. 105. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja alapján, ahol az esetenkénti megrendelés az ajánlatkérő által közvetlen megrendelés útján a 105. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja szerint kiválasztott ajánlattevő felé történik. Teljesítés helyei: 1. rész -Borostyán Gyógyszertár (Kecskemét) 2. rész -Korona Gyógyszertár (Kalocsa) 3. rész-Boróka Gyógyszertár (Kiskunhalas) Keretösszeg: nettó 4 000 000 000 Ft.-
