The subject of the contract is the supply under separate tasks (packages) of cytostatic drugs, including cytostatic drugs meeting the requirements specified in the catalogues of reimbursed drugs used in chemotherapy and drug programs specified: • REGULATION No 10/2024/DGL OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE NATIONAL HEALTH FUND of 26 January 2024 laying down the conditions for the conclusion and performance of contracts such as hospital treatment in the field of chemotherapy, as amended. • REGULATION No 9/2025/DGL OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE NATIONAL HEALTH FUND of 30 January 2025 laying down the conditions for the conclusion and performance of contracts, such as hospital treatment, for drug programmes, in the range and quantities set out in detail in Annex 5 to the FTZ
