Description

For examination of fishing grounds, the Directorate of Fisheries wants to hire a fishing vessel that is rigged and suitable for effective and appropriate execution of expeditions, including catch, catch measurements and monitoring of activity in fishing grounds. The vessel that is hired shall conduct a survey of fishing grounds for the Directorate of Fisheries and will be administered and managed by the Directorate of Fisheries ́ marine service, which is office in Tromsø. The vessel shall carry out expeditions in the entire Fish protection zone around Svalbard, the Loophole and Norway ́s economic zone. The service can take place throughout the area and the vessel will follow ongoing fishing activities where the Directorate of Fisheries wants presence.
