The Organizer provides for the selection of the operator in the form of direct conclusion of a contract for the provision of public transport services, in accordance with Art. 1 point 3 and Article 22 section 1 point 1 of the Act on collective public transport (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 2778), in a situation where it is not possible to select an economic operator in such a procedure due to changes in the value of the contract, the operator will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.
