The subject of the public contract is the development and implementation of a new information system for robotic automation of internal processes in the infrastructure of the Regional Authority of the South Bohemia Region and robotization of selected processes with the aim of optimizing operating costs and strengthening digitization of agendas. The subject of the public contract is also the provision of services for the implemented information system and services for the development of the implemented information system. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into three stages, namely: a) Fulfilment stage 1 – robotisation and automation of processes according to Annex 3a to the tender documentation, b) Fulfilment stage 2 – provision of services to the implemented information system according to Annex 3b to the tender documentation, c) Fulfilment stage 3 – services for the development of the implemented information system according to Annex 3b to the tender documentation. All stages of performance will be performed by one supplier (i.e. the public contract is not divided into lots within the meaning of Section 35 of the Act).
