The authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for the acquisition of planned and responsive repairs and maintenance contractors by its members and other public sector contracting bodies within the North East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire.
The framework is split into nine lots:
Lot 1: plumbing and heating;
Lot 2: kitchens;
Lot 3: electrical;
Lot 4: roofing;
Lot 5: painting and decorating;
Lot 6: windows and doors;
Lot 7: flooring;
Lot 8: general building;
Lot 9: complete service provision.
