Description

The building proposed for the investment “Complementary works” for the investment objective “Air conditioning system on the ground floor and first floor – CJ Arad headquarters, mun. Arad, B-dul. Revolutiei, nr. 81”, is located in the municipality of Arad, B-dul Revolutiei, nr. 81, registered in CF Nr. 301566 – Arad, intravilan, nr. Cad. 301566, with a single building block C1, intended for administrative and social – cultural construction. The building is in the public patrimony of Arad County, managed by Arad County Council and is a historical monument classified in the List of Historical Monuments – LMI 2015 under heading No 231, code: AR-II-m-B-00552, conf. Order of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage no. 2828/2015. The main function of the building is that of administrative-office spaces, with height regime D+P+E. Given the age of the air conditioners located within the building, their high degree of wear and damage, being physically exceeded and not coping when higher temperatures are recorded outside, namely the fact that in some offices of the mentioned building there is no source of air conditioning, creating discomfort in the performance of activities, it is proposed to create an air conditioning system with new and performant appliances, necessary to create normal working conditions and the proper performance of the activities of the staff working within the building. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation shall be no more than 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information shall be on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Article 161 of Law No 98/2016. •The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make amendments to the contract in accordance with Article 221 of Law No 98/2016, as amended.
