<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.<br/>Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.<br/>Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction.<br/>Le Département réalise des travaux d'entretien, de réparation et de modernisation de son réseau routier. De même, il réalise des opérations relatives à son patrimoine bâtimentaire. A ce titre, il est soumis à l'article L4532-2 du code du travail et à la mise en place d'une coordination en matière de sécurité et de santé des travailleurs sur une partie de ces chantiers.<br/>
