De scope van de opdracht bestaat uit: • Levering en voorbereiding van laptops; • Online portal voor garantie, onderhoud en apparatenbeheer; • Her-imagen en herstel van apparaten op schoollocaties; • Service en ondersteuning tijdens de contractperiode; • Beschikbaarheid van leenapparaten. Geraamde waarde De geschatte opdrachtwaarde is € 750.000,- voor de totale looptijd (8 jaar). Aan deze inschatting kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. Maximale waarde De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst is € 1.250.000,- voor de totale looptijd. De verwachting is dat deze maximale waarde niet behaald gaat worden. Opdrachtgever is gerechtigd de raamovereenkomst te beëindigen als voor het einde van de overeengekomen contractduur de genoemde maximale waarde is besteed. Opdrachtgever zal geen kosten of schadevergoeding verschuldigd zijn aan opdrachtnemer.
