Description

The subject of the contract is the construction of two fire reservoirs with water draw-off stations and associated infrastructure in the Kliniska Forest District. The subject of the contract was divided into two lots, i.e. Lot No 1 entitled: ‘Construction of a fire reservoir in Pucko forestry’ and part No 2 entitled: ‘Construction of a fire reservoir in Sowno forestry’. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the project documentation constituting Annex 1A and 1B to the Terms and Conditions of the Contract, which consists of: 1) For Part No. 1: (A) Annex 1.1 – Technical documentation – Executive design – Construction of the reservoir; (B) Annex 1.2 – Replacement Construction Project – Reconstruction of a forest road; (C) Annex 1.3 – Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works; (D) Annex 1.4 – Decision No 748/2024 of 17 December 2024 on building permits – Reconstruction of a forest road; (E) Annex 1.5 – Decision of 27 March 2024 – Partial non-objection; (F) Annex 1.6 – Measurement of works; 2) For Part 2: (A) Annex 2.1 – Technical documentation – Executive design – Construction of the reservoir; (B) Annex 2.2 – Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works; (C) Annex 2.3 – Notification of construction/non-objection of construction works; (D) Annex 2.4 – Measurement of works.
