Description

Die Wärmeversogung des Kreisgeländes an der Trift soll energetisch saniert werden. Zukünftig sollen Solewärmepumpen und Gasbrennwerttechnik zum Einsatz kommen. Als Wärmequellen sind ein geothermisches Erdsondenfeld und ein Schmutzwasserwärmetauscher vorgesehen. Das Kreisgelände des Landkreises Celle wird aktuell über ein lokales Nahwärmenetz versorgt. Die Heizzentrale ist im KG der Trift 26 verortet. Das Nahwärmenetz soll bestehen bleiben. Der Bestand wird vor Allem hinsichtlich der Wärmeerzeugung saniert. Die MSR für die Neuanlagen gehört ebenfalls zum Umfang der Maßnahme
