Description

This is a facility project for care and elderly services. The need for premises is due to the degraded condition of the building that will cease to be used for short-term care and the indoor air problems identified.
On 7 November 2016, the Siilinjärvi Municipal Board decided that the project of a facility for care and elderly services would be carried out through the letting of external premises, whereby the municipality of Siilinjärvi undertakes to rent the premises to be built from the landlord, which was put out to tender in accordance with the invitation to tender 119048. The new building will be located in the Risuharju region.
The construction project will take the form of a lease purchase. The landlord acts in accordance with the Land Use and Building Act to undertake a construction project. The landlord is also responsible for planning and obtaining permits. The landlord or, where appropriate, the CVR contractor chosen by the landlord, acts as the main contractor of the site and as the main implementer within the meaning of the legislation, as well as the provision of works services.
