Description

This consultation concerns the carrying out of various painting, earthenware, wall and floor coverings and tiles on the rental heritage of the Quimper-Cornouaille OPAC. Part of the work ordered will be carried out on the occasion of the movements of tenants (departure and entry of tenants into existing dwellings), which requires responsiveness on the part of the selected undertaking. The expected implementation deadlines will be communicated to the selected company, which will be responsible for intervening within the deadline set by the OPAC. Except in exceptional cases, this work is carried out in the context of a technical vacancy (empty housing). The deadlines for completion and in particular the date of entry of the tenant will be communicated to the service provider by the heritage directorate, in this case its ‘state of play’ department. It is understood here that OPAC will carry out a preliminary inventory of the housing and its annexes (garages, gardens, etc.) as soon as possible after receipt of the initial pre-notification, in order to anticipate as much as possible future work both inside and outside the housing and to allow the company to plan its intervention. The technical vacancy results in loss of rent. The aim is to limit them as much as possible. Other work is subject to claims by existing tenants. The work will be carried out in the presence of the tenants, in occupied housing. The intervention time will be fixed by mutual agreement with the company so that the works are scheduled in agreement with the tenant.
