Description

At the start of May, Nordmøre interkommunale Innkjøpssamarbeid (www.nii.as) [Nordmøre Intermunicipal Procurement Cooperation] will announce a competition for pipes and pipe parts.
In this connection, we announce a prior information notice with draft tender documentation.
The purpose of this to collect feedback from the market regarding the competition documentation.
The Contracting Authority is particularly interested in knowing:
1) Are there requirements that are anti-competitive or override competition?
2) Are there things that can improve the basis?
The Contracting Authority also wants feedback on point 43:
The Contracting Authority wants a service provider who has a specific relationship to the environment. The tenderer should describe their environmental profile and how the environmental aspect will be safeguarded in the contract period.
The Contracting Authority wants feedback by week 18.
