Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and repair services for refrigeration, heating and ventilation installations in all buildings (owned and leased) housing Services of the e-EFKA Administration and in five (5) owned buildings of e-EFKA which it leases to public bodies and in which it ensures and is responsible for the proper operation of the E/M installations (in total 37 owned and 2 leased). In particular, the content of this contract is divided into 4 Chapters: A, B, C and D broken down as follows: A) The provision of maintenance and technical support services B) The provision of services for the supply and installation (to replace already installed) of protection anodes, C) The provision of fault repair services and the supply of the corresponding required spare parts for new faults that will occur during the execution of the contract, D) The supply of freon material, for completion in air conditioning installations.
