The bill of quantities includes installation in a 7-storey administrative building, primarily for office use with a meeting room in the fourth. Upper floor and a planned sauna area in the basement. The building meets the requirements of a passive house. The Nordhof extension is located on Max-Planck-Straße 1, 81675 Munich, with the following services:
