The bill of quantities includes installation in a 7-storey administrative building, primarily for office use with a meeting room in the fourth. Upper floor and a planned sauna area in the basement. The building meets the requirements of a passive house. The Nordhof extension is located on Max-Planck-Straße 1, 81675 Munich, with the following services:
Sewage and water pipes:
— 20 m of SW lines DN 50 to DN 125,
— 200 m, diffusion-tight, on RW lines DN70 to DN 200,
— 260 m, diffusion density, cold DN 15 to DN 40 on TW lines,
