Le présent marché vise un accord-cadre d'une durée de 4 ans pour la fourniture:
— de licences Case360 et de leur maintenance,
— de support et de maintenance pour les licences Case360 existantes,
— de services de consultance pour l'installation, la configuration et le développement de Case360,
— de services de formation,
— ainsi qu'un support général quant à l'utilisation du produit.
Le choix du produit Case360 est lié à des contraintes de compatibilité et de redondance avec l'existant, d'homogénéité et d'efficacité (partage/ centralisation des outils de gestion et de supervision), de disponibilité des connaissances et du personnel technique qualifié.
