The aim of the competition is to find a modern complete spatial solution for the Town Hall Square as Tallinn's most important historical city square. In addition to renovating the surface of the site, the competition is looking for a flexible, complete spatial solution for different events and seasons. The three-dimensional solution deals with the complete furniture solution of the site and the Christmas market.
