Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest grupowe ubezpieczenie na życie pracowników oraz członków rodzin pracowników zatrudnionych w jednostkach organizacyjnych Powiatu Płońskiego.
2. Zamawiający nie gwarantuje, że wszyscy zatrudnieni pracownicy oraz członkowie rodzin pracowników w jednostkach organizacyjnych Powiatu Płońskiego podlegających ubezpieczeniu przystąpią do grupowego ubezpieczenia na życie.
3. W ciągu trwania umowy mogą wystąpić zmiany w ilości osób ubezpieczonych.
4. Jeżeli pracownik lub członek rodziny pracownika zrezygnuje z ubezpieczenia, Ubezpieczający nie jest zobowiązany do opłacania za nich składki ubezpieczeniowej.
