Belgium-Antwerp: Software package and information systems
Framework contract without an obligation to purchase for 4 years with a (1) supplier for the provision of geolocation services, hardware and software related to geolocation, track-and-trace, fleet logging and location based services.
The contract is made up of:
— Purchase, implementation and maintenance of vehicle black-box systems: motor vehicles, passenger cars, vans (combies), lorries.
— Purchase, implementation and maintenance of hardware and/or software solutions for tracking and tracing persons.
— Purchase, customisation and configuration, implementation of associated track-and-trace software (including fleet logging).
— Customised solutions for location-based-services: GPS push system, preventive control of free capacity, positional intake simulation.
— Purchase of GPS systems that can be set up in conjunction with the back-end track-and-trace solution.
The tenderer will be requested to also develop a mandatory variant offering the track-and-trace solution described above in combination with a generic component for rules-based guidance that can also be used for other (third) systems.
The supplier will be asked to draw up a product and service catalogue from which the client can order standard COTS products. In addition, the supplier will also provide services for the configuration of such products as well as for the analysis, development, testing and deployment of fully customised software in the context of track-and-trace and location based services.
The contract also includes the provision of maintenance services (including SLA) and on-demand services for the evolving maintenance of the purchased products and systems.
