The construction of the chamber building is a new building. The new building is planned as a detached, single-storey building without a basement. The building is classified in building class 3 with a height of less than 7m and more than two utilisation units totalling more than 400m2 in accordance with LBO-SH §2 (4). Due to its use as a chamber building with a floor area of approx. 2,050 m2, it is an unregulated special building according to §51 (2), No.3 LBO-SH. The list of services includes, among other things, the laying of around 100 m of ground lines, including earthworks. Furthermore, around 200 m of sewage pipes including necessary arches/branches are to be laid in the building.
