Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa produktów ropopochodnych do taboru kolejowego. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do dostarczenia przedmiotu zamówienia z świadectwem 3.1 wg PN-EN 10204:2006 w asortymencie produktów i ich ilości dla poszczególnych zadań określonych w tabelach zawartych w załączniku nr 1 do wzoru umowy stanowiącego załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. 2. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 2 części (zwane dalej „Zadaniami”) tj: 1) Zadanie nr 1 – Dostawa olejów, 2) Zadanie nr 2 – Dostawa smarów
