Description

The subject of the public procurement includes services for cleaning of contaminated sites with household and construction waste in the settlements and in their surroundings (unregulated landfills) on the territory of Veliko Tarnovo Municipality. The contracting authority, through its representative, shall draw up and submit to the Contractor a list of the unregulated landfills and contaminated sites on the territory of the municipality of Veliko Tarnovo for the relevant period, and a schedule for their cleaning shall be drawn up. Cleaning activities are carried out for all sites and in sequence, according to the schedule drawn up. The duration and volume of the cleaning shall be reported with a reference form signed by a representative of the Contracting Authority for the city of Veliko Tarnovo and by the mayor of the settlement for contaminated sites in the other settlements of the municipality of Veliko Tarnovo. Term of performance of the contract: The period for performance of the contract is 2 /two/ years from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the maximum permissible value of the contract is reached in the amount of BGN 526 460,00 excluding VAT, whichever is the earlier.
