Description

Im Rahmen der Umsetzung einer Digitalstrategie sollen mit dem Projektprogramm "Kerckhoff 2025" verschiedene Hauptziele erreicht werden.
Zur Erreichung dieser Ziele sollen ökonomische Lösungen auf Basis internationaler Standards gewählt werden. Im Zuge der Projekte soll eine Vereinheitlichung und Optimierung von Prozessen erfolgen, die zu einer zusätzlichen Effizienzsteigerung führt.
Ein Lösungskonzept wurde unter Einbindung eines berechtigten IT-Dienstleisters und akademischer Beratung erstellt. Die daraus abgeleiteten Teilprojekte müssen einer Feinplanung (auch bezüglich ihrer technischen Umsetzung) unterzogen werden. Ebenso müssen etwaige erforderliche externe Leistungen definiert und in Leistungsverzeichnissen vergabefähig aufbereitet werden.
