According to the Client, it is not possible to give an exact estimate for the Framework Agreement. The Client does not yet have a concrete view of the nature and scope of the partial assignments that will and may be covered by this framework agreement. Nevertheless, the contracting authority must appoint an estimate of the Framework Agreement. Based on an overall estimate, this is € 12,500,000 (excluding VAT) for the total potential duration of the contract. Partly because of this, the Client has chosen to carry out a European (restricted) tender procedure. Since the contract to be concluded must be classified as a framework contract within the meaning of the Aanbestedingswet, it will be concluded for a maximum value of 150% of the aforementioned amount in order to prevent the estimated value from being exceeded before the term of the framework contract has expired.
