Description

The Contracting Authority shall perform the tasks of technical inspector (hereinafter: Government Decree No 1026/2023 of 20 November 2023 on the water utility investment necessary for the development of the industrial area of the city of Bük to be implemented by AK) (II. In the framework of the project entitled ‘Implementation of public utilities investments related to the development of the industrial area of Bük’, supported by Government Resolution No. 9/2011 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Government Decree No. 9/2011’), other public procurement documents (hereinafter referred to as: Technical Documents (hereinafter referred to as: As stated in MD. AK for 321/2015. Pursuant to Section 46(3) of Government Decree No 487/2015 (X. 30.), the Tenderers (hereinafter: AT) note that, in order to define the subject-matter of the procurement in a clear and comprehensible manner, this invitation to tender (hereinafter: AF) and refer to goods, processes, activities, persons, patents or trademarks of the make, origin or type specified in the EKD. In all such cases, the name was given only in order to clearly define the nature of the subject matter/technical content, in all cases the term ‘or equivalent’ should be understood. AK Act CXLIII of 2015 on public procurement (hereinafter: Public Procurement Documents supplementing the AF which comply with Section 57(1) of the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter: Other procurement documents, abbreviated EKD) are prepared. AK states, for the sake of clarity, that the procurement documents (hereinafter: KD) means AF and EKD taken together. The KD shall be unrestricted, complete, direct and free of charge electronically on the Electronic Public Procurement System (hereinafter: It is made available through the ERC.
