Description

La consultation porte sur les prestations de fourniture de conteneurs aériens d'apport volontaire sur le territoire de Versailles Grand Parc. La consultation est passée par appel d'offres ouvert. Cet accord-cadre fait suite à la déclaration d'un lot infructueux (lot nº 2) dans la procédure d'appel d'offres «global» de fourniture, pose et entretien de points d'apports volontaires et d'abris bacs sur le territoire de Versailles Grand Parc. Dans un souci de plus grande adhésion des sociétés concurrentes à ce besoin communautaire, l'objet de l'ancien lot nº 2 «Fourniture de conteneurs aériens destinés à la collecte du verre et des déchets recyclables», ont été redéfinis au sein de deux lots distincts. Les prestations donnent lieu à un accord-cadre mixte à prix unitaires avec fourchette de prix minimum et sans fourchette de prix maximum.
Variantes: des variantes facultatives sont prévues pour les deux lots, les variantes libres ne sont pas autorisées.
