Nyköping Municipality and Oxelösund Municipality have for more than ten years, within the IT area, a joint service committee, where Nyköping Municipality is the so-called host municipality and is the contracting authority. The procurement includes both municipalities, Nyköpings-Oxelösunds Vattenverksförbund, Kustbostäder and Oxelö Energi Aktiebolag. Nyköping Municipality's contract for digital services for conference rooms and multimedia classrooms expires and a new contract therefore needs to be procured.
