The Contracting Authority is preparing a new tender for the supply and maintenance of nineteen (19) trailer lifts. With this market consultation we want to test whether the concept Programme of Requirements (PvE) and the concept contract are sufficiently in line with market practice. Your response helps us to gain a better understanding of the technical feasibility, the feasibility of the tender documents, the market's capacity to provide this and the cooperation within the chain. The purpose of this market consultation is to gain insight into: the technical feasibility of the solutions envisaged; the extent to which the market can meet the requirements; possible areas for improvement and areas for attention within the concept PvE and the concept contract; the practicability and proportionality of the conditions. This market consultation does not oblige the Contracting Authority to make changes to the draft PvE or the draft contract. The results are used to gain a better understanding of the market and to assess whether and how the procurement documents can be further improved. No rights can be derived from this market consultation.
