Wij willen door middel van een Europese aanbesteding één leverancier contracteren voor de productie en levering van drukwerk. De contractduur bedraagt twee jaar en kan eenzijdig twee maal keer met één jaar worden verlengd. De overeenkomst wordt gegund aan de leverancier met de inschrijving met de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
