Description

Oulun Energia Oy (hereinafter the Contracting Entity) is planning to acquire a new district heating battery and related systems for the Laanila industrial area near Oulun Energia Oy's current operations. This invitation to participate invites the owl to participate in the call for tenders as a first step in the procurement process. Tenderers are invited to submit declarations of participation in the tender process. The target of the procurement is a planned district heating battery of approximately 600 MWh to be built on the site of the Laanila power plant, with the materials delivered, installed and insulated.
