Description

Sarastia Oy hankkii kataloginhallinnan ja ostamisen prosessoinnin järjestelmäratkaisun osaksi omaa ohjelmistoliiketoimintansa. Hankittava ratkaisu on tarkoitettu Sarastian omistaja-asiakkaiden käyttöön välillisesti siten, että kokonaisratkaisun myy Sarastia Oy. Näin ollen järjestelmää hyödynnetään osana Sarastian asiakkailleen tuottamaa materiaalihallinnan palvelua, jolloin valittava palveluntuottaja järjestelmäratkaisuineen myy palvelua Sarastialle.
Tämä suorahankinta koskee kahta (2) asiakaskäyttöönottoa, joille on muodostunut suorahankintaperuste aiemmin julkaistulla tietopyynnöllä (Hilma-tunniste 2019-025114). Sarastia on aloittanut prosessin saman hankintakokonaisuuden kilpailuttamisesta mahdollisten muiden asiakkaiden käyttöön. Mainittu kilpailutus tulee olemaan pohjana Sarastian materiaalihallinnan tuotteistamiselle siltä osin, kuin tämän ilmoituksen mukaisia palveluja myydään muille Sarastian asiakkaille. Hankinnasta on julkaistu ennakkoilmoitus (Hilma-tunniste 2021-077838).
