Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase of the post-warranty service of Citrix network traffic loadbalancers with embedded software, listed in Table 1 of the Detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ. As part of the subject of the contract, consultation services will be provided in accordance with the provisions of para. 3 of OPZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 11 to the FTZ and in the Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the FTZ. Time limit for performance of the contract: The Agreement will apply from the date of its conclusion, but not earlier than from 24 February 2027, until 31 December 2030.
