Description

The target of the procurement is the purchase of general practitioner and psychologist services for the personnel of Seinäjoen Työterveys Oy's clients, which complement the reception services provided by occupational health doctors. Both services are provided on weekdays during office hours, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Seinäjoki Occupational Health Ltd's premises in Seinäjoki. The contract period is from 1.1.2026 to 31.12.2026, options 1+1 year. The Subscriber reserves the right to extend the agreement for two (2) one (1) year option periods. The customer makes decisions on the use of the options separately. Sub-areas: 1. General practitioner in occupational health care 2. Occupational psychologist A partial offer can be made for one, several or all of the areas. One (1) service provider will be selected for each sub-area. The client has management responsibility towards the service provider's personnel and the employees must comply with the given work and operating instructions and safety regulations. The service provider is obliged to arrange a replacement if the service is interrupted for more than one month. Seinäjoen Työterveys Oy's patient information system is available to the service provider's personnel for the duration of the contract. Each user must personally commit to complying with confidentiality and security rules through a separate commitment. If deficiencies are found in the work of an individual physician or psychologist, the client has the right to require the service provider to remedy the situation immediately. The client is not obliged to accept a doctor who has previously been replaced due to a complaint.
