THIS IS NOT A DECLARATION OF PROJECTION OR AN OFFER APPLICATION ONLY FOR INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF MARKETING. The information provided in this notice is preliminary and indicative. This request for information does not open a call for tenders. The contracting entity does not commit to the implementation of the procurement or to a specific method of implementation, and suppliers interested in the procurement do not commit to participating in a possible tendering procedure. Responding to a request for information is not a condition for participating in a possible call for tenders. The information obtained through the information request can be used in the preparation of the procurement. HUS is planning to purchase extraction equipment. Extraction tools are used to remove pacemaker wires. The purpose of this request for information is to identify suppliers on the market and to obtain information on the products available on the market. The contracting entity requests companies offering the above-mentioned products to register by 2.9.2025 at the latest by e-mail to myyntitus.tiimi@hus.fi. The message should be titled informatively, e.g. "Information request: Extraction equipment" or similar. A procuring entity requests companies that register to provide the following information: - the list of extraction tools in the catalogue - any other relevant material (e.g. brochures) and - the contact details of the company representative (name, phone number, e-mail). If business secret files are submitted at the time of registration, you will be asked to mark the business secret files in question as "_LIIKESALAINEN". The contracting entity may ask any questions that have responded to a request for information or, if necessary, arrange a remote meeting for a market dialogue. The potential tender will probably be carried out as an internal tender for the dynamic purchasing system HUS 010-2024 Heart valves, heart cannulas, pacemakers, electrophysiological accessories and other heart accessories DPS. In order to participate in a possible invitation to tender, tenderers must be admitted to the dynamic purchasing system referred to above. The invitation to tender will be sent to tenderers admitted to the above-mentioned dynamic purchasing system. Applications for participation in a dynamic purchasing system may be submitted throughout its duration.
