Description

This procedure follows the formalised procedure referenced 2025TVX01, published in BOAMP and the OJEU on 17 January 2025, to which lot VRD was attached. The initial procedure for the LESCURE works operation (PAP) contains a total of 19 lots, including lot VRD. This procedure is currently being analysed. This lot VRD was declared without follow-up for reasons of general interest in the context of the initial procedure, because of the redefinition of the need, and more particularly because of the reassessment of its financial estimate. The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. This is an ordinary market. This procedure is not alloted. The period of validity of tenders shall be 180 days from the final date for receipt of tenders. No variants are allowed. As part of the relaunch of Lot 02 - VRD, a mandatory visit will be organised on Tuesday 24 June 2025 at 10.00. Companies that have already carried out the visit as part of the initial consultation are not required to carry out this mandatory visit again, and may provide in support of their new offer the visit certificate received during the initial consultation. A certificate of compulsory visit will be given to the candidate and must be attached to the tender. Failure to carry out the mandatory visit will result in rejection of the tender (irregular tender) Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
