Description

PREDMET NATJEČAJA je izrada arhitektonsko-urbanističkog idejnog rješenja za izgradnju Dječjeg vrtića Prečko sukladno „Programu za provedbu javnog natječaja za izradu idejnog rješenja Dječjeg vrtića Prečko“ izrađenom od Zavoda za prostorno uređenje Grada Zagreba u travnju 2023. godine, stručni tim: Sabina Pavlić, dipl. ing. arh., ovlaštena arhitektica, Nataša Aralica, dipl. ing. arh., Dinko Brdarić, dipl. ing. prom., Jelena Bule, mag. ing. arch., Jasmina Doko, dipl. ing. agro. Planirana građevina novog Dječjeg vrtića gradit će se na k.č.br. 6302/1 k.o. Vrapče, odnosno na katastarskoj čestici postojećeg objekta dječjeg vrtića Prečko koji je građen kao montažni objekt 1970.-ih godina, a čije je uklanjanje planirano. Prema podacima Gradskog ureda za katastar i geodetske poslove čestica je ukupne površine 8.360 m2.
