Description

This consultation concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement allowing road works to be carried out, broken down into seven lots referred to in point II.2.1 below.
For subsequent contracts, the unit prices in the indicative table of the framework agreement specific to each lot constitute maximum prices for subsequent contracts which contractors must comply with throughout the duration of the framework agreement. The maximum prices for each grid will be revised annually under the conditions laid down in the CCAP. The operators selected for each lot will have the opportunity to propose cheaper rates for each call for competition, depending on the quantities and specificities specific to each site or operation.
