Description

1. The subject of the contract is the service of property insurance, civil liability insurance and motor insurance of Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo-Handlowo-Produkcyjna ‘Lech’ spółka z o.o. in Białystok, with the exception of the ZUOK location in Białystok, to the extent specified in the Description of the subject of the contract contained in this Specification of the Conditions of Contract (Tom III OPZ) and the annexes to the OPZ. The description of the undertaking and its operations as well as the assessment of insurance risks are contained in Annex 6 to the OIP. 2. The specific requirements relating to the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Chapter 8. Number and description of lots IDW (Tom I SWZ) and in the Model Contract (Tom II SWZ) separately for each lot.
