Description

The subject-matter of this contract is the provision of a service consisting of: Part 1: water washing with finishing (pressing, magging, starching), chemical cleaning with finishing (pressing), clothing repair; Part 2: Disinfection of shoes. The contract was divided into the following two lots: Part 1 – Washing of water, chemical, complete finish and repair of clothing; Part 2 – Disinfection of footwear The contracting authority therefore allows partial tenders to be submitted. A tender may be submitted for one or all parts of the procedure. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is presented in the annex to the SWZ, i.e. in the Detailed Valuation Form (separately for each part of the procedure). Under pain of nullity, the tender must be drawn up in Polish in electronic form, i.e. signed with a qualified electronic signature by a person/persons authorised/authorised to represent the Contractor in accordance with statutory requirements or by an appointed representative. The contracting authority in the present proceedings does not require security for its bid and does not require the provision of a performance bond.
